Sally Day

A certified executive coach and search professional, Sally Day brings more than 25 years of industry experience as a senior leader working for well-known consumer food companies, including The J.M. Smucker Company, Unilever, Keebler, and Nestle. Ms. Day’s tenure includes procurement management and supply chain, as well as organizational strategy, development, and leadership providing unmatched experience when coaching executives or working with clients to identify and assess future talent.

As an executive coach, Ms. Day has been described as versatile and high-energy with an engaging style and approach that puts her clients first. She considers herself a student of resonant leadership with a thirst for life-long learning and a supporter of the personal and professional growth of others.

Ms. Day has a career’s worth of experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring. Along with an MBA from Kent State University, she completed her GPCC (Gestalt Professional Certified Coach) at the prestigious Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, an accredited International Coaching Federation organization. Ms. Day has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and is certified in the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and Hogan Assessment Systems 360 leadership assessments.

Ms. Day is a BCC (Board Certified Coach) through the Center for Credentialing & Education and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Over the years, her client base has included C-suite executives and high-potential leaders.
